Due to the intimate nature of swimwear bottoms, all bikini bottoms and onesies are final sale. We prioritize everyone's health and safety, and are working on a solution for safely accepting returns for these items. We apologize for the inconvenience.
FREE RETURNS ON TOPS:
Unworn tops in brand new condition (and tags on if applicable) may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. We do not refund original shipping costs. Please reach out to us at info@pelicanhousesc.com if you wish to start a return, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Returns must be received in new condition, and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that are in less than brand new condition.
EXCHANGES ON TOPS:
If you want to exchange for a different size/style/fit/color, simply make a new purchase with the desired item. We will process your return separately. If you can't decide between two sizes we recommend buying both and returning the one that doesn't fit, that way you can ensure the item won't go out of stock before you can exchange it.

Measurements are listed on each item description, and we also accept custom item requests for sizes other than listed. Please read the measurements/ size chart carefully, if you have any questions concerning sizes we are here to help! JEWELRY RETURNS:
We accept returns on jewelry within 7 days of delivery, with return shipping costs being covered by the customer. Item must be in brand new unworn condition.
OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE:
All swim items go through at least two rounds of detailed inspection before shipment. However, if there is a problem with the integrity of the item (not caused by normal wear and tear, and within 30 days from purchase date) please contact us at info@pelicanhousesc.com, and we will work with you to fix the item or replace it to your satisfaction!
Our jewelry all comes with a lifetime warranty. If your item gets damaged at any point in your possession, please send us a message and we will happily repair it for you at no charge (other than the cost of shipping fees and any replacement materials if applicable). If the item was defective we will cover all costs to fix and ship it. Please return all materials from the item even if they are broken pieces.
