Shipping Rates

All domestic orders with a purchase total over $160 ship FREE with USPS priority mail, no code necessary. Domestic orders under $160 ship for a flat $8.95, also with USPS priority mail.

For international orders, you may choose between USPS First Class International for $25 or USPS Priority Mail International for $40.

Shipment Processing Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for in-stock items to ship. Most orders ship within 1 business day, or same day if placed before 1pm PST. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER SWIM

Custom and made-to-order swimwear such as limited editions take 1-2 weeks to make and ship out. We always strive to make and ship orders as soon as possible, while maintaining the highest attention to the quality of our craft. If you have a deadline or trip for your order please reach out before placing your order to see if we can do a rush order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Pelican House is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

In the rare and unfortunate event that products are damaged or lost during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. All orders ship with Priority Mail and are insured.
